How do I receive a refund?

If you would like to receive a refund, you must request it prior to the start of order processing and shipping (the 20th of the month). Refunds are unavailable for packs that have already shipped.

If you prepaid for a few months, you will only get credited for the remaining months left at the individual month rate.
